Tax Record

 

1. From IIT app/ website

 

A standard tax record format, with 

• Your name, 
• Tax identification number, 
• ID number,
• A seal of the tax bureau.

 

 

 

 

2. From tax payment portal

 

Companies can issues tax records through the tax payment portal, which include 

 

• The individual's name,
• Identification document number (such as a passport number),
• Taxpayer identification number,
• Tax details,
• The company's seal.

 

 

 

 

 

3. From local tax bureau

 

The information is presented in the same way; only the format is slightly different.

 

 

 

Income Proof

 

 

1. Standard tax detail page screenshot

The screenshot should include: 

 

• The URL,
• Tax period,
• Amount of tax,
• The company's name.

 

 

 

2. Employment contract 

 

• The first page which presents you and your company's info,
• Your monthly salary page,
• The last page of your contract with your sign and your employer's stamp.

 

 

3. Payslip 

 

Directly prove that the payslip is issued by the employer with:

 

• Company stamp/
• Detailed information of the source

 

 

 

4. An income proof statement issued by the employer

 

The following information are required:

 

• Name
• Start and end dates,
• China's mainland salaries,
• Company stamp.

 

 

5. Bank statement 

   

 

The following information are required:

 

• Name,
• Company name,
• Salary type,
• Bank stamp
